Welcome to the Breeze blog
What we'll write about here — and why a visibility company has to be visible first.
This is the first post. There will be many more.
We’re building Breeze — the AI-era visibility platform for premium restaurant groups. We help restaurants stay found, trusted, and cited by AI everywhere diners look. If you’re a restaurateur trying to make sense of why ChatGPT doesn’t know your menu, why your Zomato rating is 0.6 stars off your Google rating, or why three “Best in town” lists rank a competitor — this blog is for you.
We’ll write about three things here:
-
What’s changing in how diners discover restaurants. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are quietly replacing the SERP for “best restaurant near me.” We pull the data, share what we see, and explain what it means for restaurant operators.
-
What we’re learning by running the playbook. Every Breeze customer teaches us something we didn’t know about how reputation, listings, reviews, menus, and AI citations interact in the wild. We share those learnings — including the ones that contradict our prior thinking.
-
Founder POV on the business of restaurant tech. Honest commentary on the industry — what’s working, what’s broken, what we’re building, and what we’re explicitly choosing not to build.
A note on voice. We don’t write like a corporate marketing team because we aren’t one. The posts are first-person. They take a side. They name names where useful. They admit what we don’t know. If you spot something wrong — please tell us.
A note on cadence. One long-form piece a month, plus shorter notes when something worth saying comes up. We’d rather publish 12 essays a year that hold up than 200 posts that don’t.
Subscribe if you want each piece in your inbox. Or check back — the archive is the archive.
