Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of breeze.io and the Breeze services (the "Services"), operated by Zeno Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Breeze", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Breeze helps restaurants improve their online discovery and reputation across search, maps, listings, reviews, and AI answers, through a free "Pulse" audit and optional paid managed services. The Pulse audit and any reports are provided for informational purposes.

2. No guarantee of results

We work to improve your visibility and the accuracy of your online presence, but we do not control Google, AI engines, aggregators, or third-party platforms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, bookings, or revenue.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. If we provide an account, you are responsible for the information you submit and for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, or submit information about a business you are not authorized to represent.

5. Fees

The Pulse audit is free. Paid managed services are billed separately under the plan or order you agree to. Fees, billing terms, and any taxes will be set out at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including our software, content, and brand, are owned by Zeno Ventures LLC. You retain ownership of the business information and materials you provide, and grant us a license to use them to deliver the Services.

7. Third-party services

The Services reference and may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Google, aggregators). We are not responsible for those platforms or their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeno Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Breeze against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will revise the "last updated" date above.
